Type B Girder Clamp

The Type B girder clamp is designed to quickly connect two steel beams while providing a flat top surface for bolt or nut rotation with the use of a hardened washer. It can also be used with studs, tie rods, or J-bolts. The clamp's skirt prevents rotation during installation by abutting the edge of the beam flange. In some cases, Type B clamps can be used independently if one steel piece is pre-drilled.
