1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the MYTRADEBARGAINS website (mytradebargains.com) operated by MYTRADE TECHNOLOGIES Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17164251, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, England. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations, or is fraudulent or harmful.

3. Product information

MYTRADEBARGAINS is a product search engine. We display product information sourced from third-party suppliers. While we strive to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, stock levels, or product descriptions. Always verify details on the supplier website before purchasing.

4. Third-party links

Our website contains links to supplier websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party sites. Your use of supplier websites is subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. Your account

You can browse MYTRADEBARGAINS without an account. Creating a free account lets you save favourites and build Project Lists. One MyTrade account works across our products, so the same sign-in may give you access to other MyTrade services.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done from your account.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@mytradetechnologies.com from your account email address. Closing your account ends any subscription at the end of the period you have paid for.
• We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.

6. MYTRADEBARGAINS PRO subscription

This section applies if you subscribe to MYTRADEBARGAINS PRO. It forms a contract between you and MYTRADE TECHNOLOGIES Limited.

• What you pay. PRO costs £9.99 per month, or £99 per year if you choose annual billing. We take payment in advance at the start of each billing period. The price shown is the total amount payable. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue a VAT invoice.
• How payment is taken. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and we take payment for the next period, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again. We do not refund part-used periods, except under the 14-day right below.
• Your 14-day right to change your mind. If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day your subscription starts to cancel it and get your money back. When you start PRO you ask us to begin supplying it straight away, so if you use this right we may keep a proportionate amount for the period you had access and refund the rest. To use it, email hello@mytradetechnologies.com from your account email address within those 14 days.
• Price changes. We may change the price of PRO. If we do, we will tell you before the new price applies to one of your renewals, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Suspension. We may suspend or end a subscription if a payment fails, or where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
• If you stop paying for PRO. Nothing is deleted. Your favourites and Project Lists stay on your free account. You lose the PRO features described on our pricing page (see the current list).

7. Suppliers

These additional terms apply to suppliers (manufacturers, merchants, brands, and shops) listed on MYTRADEBARGAINS.

• Listing. We discover and ingest publicly available product information from your storefront. Your listing on MYTRADEBARGAINS is free and does not require an account. Listing is at our discretion.
• Click-out attribution. When a buyer clicks through from our site to your storefront we record the click-out for our own analytics and, where an affiliate relationship is in place, for commission attribution. We do not share buyer personal data with you in the click-out flow.
• Removal and takedown. You may request removal of your listing or account at any time by emailing hello@mytradetechnologies.com from your account email. We will action takedown requests within a reasonable period. We may also remove a listing or revoke an account where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of product information on your own storefront. We make reasonable efforts to keep the ingested data fresh but do not guarantee accuracy of prices, stock levels, or descriptions surfaced on our site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the MYTRADEBARGAINS name, logo, and design, is the property of MYTRADE TECHNOLOGIES Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide this website on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of our website or reliance on product information displayed. We do not sell products directly and are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
