MYTRADEBARGAINS is a product search engine. We display product information sourced from third-party suppliers. While we strive to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, stock levels, or product descriptions. Always verify details on the supplier website before purchasing.

4. Third-party links

Our website contains links to supplier websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party sites. Your use of supplier websites is subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. Suppliers

These additional terms apply to suppliers (manufacturers, merchants, brands, and shops) listed on MYTRADEBARGAINS, including those who hold an account on the supplier portal at suppliers.mytradebargains.com.

• Listing. We discover and ingest publicly available product information from your storefront. Your listing on MYTRADEBARGAINS is free and does not require an account. Listing is at our discretion.
• Application and approval. You may apply for a supplier-portal account at /suppliers/join. We review applications before approval; approval is at our discretion. We may approve, reject, or hard-delete pending applications without explanation. Approved suppliers receive a sign-in invite by email.
• Account ownership.The email address used at application is the account’s sign-in identity and cannot be changed once approved. You are responsible for the security of the credentials and for any actions taken from the account. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.
• Click-out attribution. When a buyer clicks through from our site to your storefront we record the click-out for our own analytics and, where an affiliate relationship is in place, for commission attribution. We do not share buyer personal data with you in the click-out flow.
• Removal and takedown. You may request removal of your listing or account at any time by emailing hello@mytradetechnologies.com from your account email. We will action takedown requests within a reasonable period. We may also remove a listing or revoke an account where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of product information on your own storefront. We make reasonable efforts to keep the ingested data fresh but do not guarantee accuracy of prices, stock levels, or descriptions surfaced on our site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the MYTRADEBARGAINS name, logo, and design, is the property of MYTRADE TECHNOLOGIES Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide this website on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of our website or reliance on product information displayed. We do not sell products directly and are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier.
