Our heavy-duty border spade uses a durable steel shaft, which connects to a solid forged head built from a hardened single piece of high carbon steel, designed to be driven through thick soil and into the ground with ease thanks to its sharpened blade.

Equipped with an ergonomic ‘D handle’, our border spade is built to be handled and operated with less fatigue - ideal for when digging soil in confined areas and working in beds/borders without disturbing the roots of nearby plants.
