SYSTEM 1 Wall's and floors standard system without mesh

• Microtac NP - 1 Coat

• Medium - 1 Coat

• Fine - 2 Coat's

• Pavipol M100 or Pavipol - 1 or 2 coats

SYSTEM 2 - Wall standard system with mesh

• Microtac AC

• Base - Used with or without mesh 1 or 2 coats

• Medium - 1 Coat

• Fine - 2 Coat's

SYSTEM 3 - Walls and floors for moisture level 4%-10% with mesh

• Base BH - Used with or without mesh 1 or 2 coats

APPLICATION FOR FINE

Prepare the mixture of the 2 components A+B, pouring the contents of part B into the container of part A. Shake and mix with a low speed drill until the mixture is completely homogeneous.

Before applying the fine, make sure you are happy and you don’t have any imperfections/straight lines, if you do sand back and then hoover and wipe with dry cloth.

Apply the fine, scrape off the excess

Finish off with half moon pattern

Drying time depends on substrate, humidity, temperature-normally 6-12 hours

For vertical application add TIX additive up to 1% by weight. SAND with120grit, followed by 180grit

IMPORTANT : If using on a wall application you need to purchase TIX which is a binder to mix into medium and fine products, failure to mix in TIX will result in sagging of the product.
