Our high-performance two-component polyurethane sealer is specifically designed for use with the MICROPOX system, providing a durable and flexible protective coating. This water-based aliphatic polyurethane varnish offers exceptional abrasion resistance, chemical durability, and long-lasting protection, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Water-Based & Low Odour – Environmentally friendly with easy application and minimal odour. Versatile Application – Can be applied via spray or short-nap roller for a seamless finish. Dilution & Coverage – Can be diluted with water (up to 30%) and applied at a maximum of 100 g/m² per coat.

Application Process:

Surface Preparation – Ensure the substrate is dry, solid, clean, and free from contaminants. A compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm² is required.

Mixing – Combine Part A and Part B, stirring thoroughly at low speed to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow to de-aerate before application.

Application –

Spray Application is recommended for optimal results.

Roller Application requires dilution (15–20%) and cross-rolling to prevent marks.

• For vibrant colors like yellow, orange, or red, additional coats may be necessary.
