High-Performance Resin Sealer

Our solvent-free, 100% pure polyurethan resin sealer is designed for both interior and exterior applications, offering superior durability and UV resistance due to its aliphatic properties—ensuring it won’t yellow over time.

Thicker Build: Because nothing evaporates, all of the product remains on the surface, forming a much thicker, more durable coating in a single layer. Offers excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term durability.

Used For: Commercial floors, industrial coatings, microcement, high-traffic areas, and where maximum protection is needed.

Exceptional Protection: Ideal as a final finishing coat for industrial and decorative flooring, including cementitious and resinous surfaces, withstanding high chemical and mechanical stress.

Versatile Application: Suitable for continuous flooring, self-levelling coatings, decorative terrazzo, coloured quartz, microcement, and epoxy resin systems.

Highly Resistant: Provides excellent protection against stains, chemical spills, abrasion, and heavy foot traffic, making it perfect for high-use areas such as supermarkets, hospitals, offices, and car parks.

Fast Curing: Rapid drying time (8–16 hours at 22°C) allows for quick turnaround, with a short waiting period between coats (approx. 4 hours).

Safe & Odourless: Non-toxic, non-flammable, and free from harmful solvents, making it ideal for food-safe and sterile environments.

Application Guidelines:

• Recommended for use on concrete, cement mortar, epoxy resin, and polyurethane surfaces.

• Do not add water, solvents, or other unapproved substances.

• Avoid wetting or cleaning the surface for 2–3 days post-application.

• Suitable for low-temperature application (from +1°C), ensuring flexibility across various environments.

APPLICATION OF PAVIPOL M100 SEALER

PAVIPOL M100 1 component sealer, pure resin sealer, ready to use

Roll with a medium pile roller; make sure to remove fluff with Sellotape if needed.

Available in Gloss and Matt finish

Apply like a fine varnish, preventing residue buildup and then back roll the opposite direction

For walls and floors, apply two coats; consider three coats for areas with heavy traffic or showers.

While applying on floors, ensure you wipe down between sanding with a dry cloth/microfiber/hoover to eliminate dust and dirt

When applying on floors you need an air purifier to minimize dust settling.
