Actuator Magnet for Klargester Loss of Rotation Alarm

The Actuator Magnet is suitable for the Klargester BioDisc Sewage Treatment System, and is used alongside the Reed Proximity Switch (sold separately) to form the Magneto Kit as part of the Loss of Rotation Alarm.

The Reed Switch (alarm sensor) is mounted adjacent to the motor/gearbox assembly with the magnet attached to the rotor. As the discs rotate, the switch and magnet will connect, but if the discs cease to rotate and the magnet does not therefore contact the switch, the alarm will activate.
