Catnic CTF7 Timber Frame Lintel Detail

Including Catnic Duplex Corrosion Protection.

The CTF7 is a lintel with built-in DPM, designed to be used with timber frame constructions.

Restraining Clips are Provided with this Lintel and should be used to Restrain the Lintel during Installation to avoid Twist.

Catnic Lintels provide a Damp Proof Course by using a Sloping Outer Face and Corrosion Protection.

Restraint Clips should be Screwed or Nailed to the Timber Frame.

It is Recommended a Batten be used, and the Lintel is suitably Propped.
