The zirconium oxide grain construction achieves 3x faster material removal than conventional resin-bonded fibre discs, keeping downtime to a minimum on high-throughput job sites. The Type 27 profile accommodates grinding angles of 0–15 degrees, and the iron, sulphur, and chlorine-free composition ensures safe, contamination-free grinding on stainless steel and other reactive metals.
