Kymera Rust Effect Range

Kymera by Loggia Industria Vernici is a decorative coating designed to authentically replicate the appearance of rusted metal surfaces, offering an industrial and antique aesthetic suitable for both rustic and modern interiors.

Product Variants:

Kymera Rust (Ruggine): Emulates the classic oxidized iron effect, delivering a rich, reddish-brown rusted finish.

**Kymera Copper Green (Verderame):**Simulates the green patina that develops on aged copper surfaces, providing a verdigris appearance.

Kymera Turquoise (Turchese): Offers a turquoise oxidation effect, reminiscent of weathered copper rust.

Application Process on Universal primer:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Apply two coats of Universal Primer to promote adhesion.

2. Base Coat Application: Once the primer is dry, apply the chosen Kymera base colour (Rust, Green, or Turquoise) using a brush or sponge. Allow this first coat to dry completely.

3. Second Coat: Apply a second coat of the Kymera base colour to enhance depth and texture. Let it dry thoroughly.

4. Activator Application: After the base coats have dried, apply the corresponding Kymera Activator using a spray, sponge, or brush. This step initiates the oxidation process.

5. Oxidation Development: Allow approximately 12 hours for the oxidation effect to develop. For intensified effects, a second application of the activator can be performed.

6. Sealing: Once the desired rust effect is achieved and fully dry, apply two coats of Kymera Transparent Sealer to halt further oxidation and protect the finish.
