It also features three speed settings and a variable speed control dial which enables the user to match the speed to the application. The Makita EM404MP brushcutter attachment has a steel drive shaft for less vibration and a longer equipment life. It also features a bump and feed trimmer head for efficient grass cutting. The Makita EN402MP hedge trimmer attachment is fitted with a 500mm double-edged blade and features an angle adjustable trimmer head which can be adjusted in 13 stages between 90° up and 90° down, making it suitable for trimming the tops of high hedges. The adaptable attachments are easily fitted with a tool-less slide joint coupling with a simple clip-lock fixing the attachment securely in place.
