The Beaded frame facilitates tape and jointing/skim-coat plastering, ensuring a professional finish. It features a Metal faced door locked securely in place with a FlipFix Patented Flush Lock as standard, with alternative lock options available upon request. Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss finish is standard, while custom colors are available upon request. Designed exclusively for inspection purposes, this panel is not suitable for personnel access. It holds a 2 Hour Fire Rating for integrity up to 600x600mm in both wall and ceiling applications, tested in accordance with industry standards. However, it lacks acoustic, air pressure, and smoke ratings. Manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick door and frame, installation is straightforward. Ensure a structural opening 5mm larger than the panel size, insert the panel, and tighten the FlipFix device to secure it to the plasterboard. Verify frame squareness, lock the door, and confirm a flush alignment. Before applying the plaster skim coat, it's crucial to apply joint filler and scrim tape to prevent cracking. Additionally, apply Intumescent acrylic mastic around the frame edges to seal to the supporting construction. This comprehensive installation ensures both safety and durability.
