This effect is achieved by the construction of these fence panels, which are made from 17mm thick section boards that are interlocked via extended tongue and grooves and are securely mounted in a rebated frame. All of these aspects of the fence panels' build prevents any potential gaps from developing that could allow any noise to pass through.
