Carbide teeth are welded directly into the tooth structure and coated with a unique Bosch formula that extends service life well beyond that of standard carbide blades — with Bosch claiming up to 100x longer life than the S1122BF blade in tough materials. The wide, thick-gauge body provides excellent rigidity, keeping cuts straight and accurate even under heavy loading. At 25mm wide and 1.25mm thick, the blade resists flex and stays true to your intended cut line throughout demanding applications. A progressive tooth design at 8 TPI is well suited to material thicknesses between 4mm and 12mm, with a maximum cut capacity of 50mm.
