Bosch PRO Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc

This Bosch PRO X571 Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc is a 180mm diameter disc with a 40g (coarse) grit, purpose-built for heavy-duty, high-speed grinding across large metal surfaces and structural steelwork. The large 180mm diameter covers more surface area per pass, dramatically reducing working time on big jobs such as weld removal, surface descaling, and aggressive stock reduction. The coarse 40g grit maximises cutting aggression for the most demanding applications. With grain fusion technology combining aluminium oxide and zirconia, this disc achieves up to 1.5x faster grinding than the Bosch X431. The X-cloth backing provides the structural rigidity needed to maintain a stable, consistent angle under load.
