The very coarse 40g grit is designed for heavy material removal and aggressive stock reduction on wood, veneer and solid surfaces, making it the right choice at the start of demanding sanding projects. The electrostatic open-coated surface keeps space between the grits, channelling dust away efficiently and preventing sheet clogging even during the most demanding passes. Tough abrasive grit holds up to wear for extended use, and fully synthetic resin bonding ensures the grit remains firmly in place under pressure.
