Warmup Insulation Board (Cement-Coated)

The Warmup Insulation Board is a high-performance, water-resistant tile backer board designed specifically for use with electric underfloor heating systems. Crafted from extruded polystyrene (XPS) and reinforced on both sides with a 0.5mm cement-polymer mortar and fiberglass mesh, these boards provide a robust, stable surface for tiling while maximizing energy efficiency.

These boards act as a powerful thermal barrier, preventing heat from escaping into the subfloor and reflecting it upwards into the room. This significantly reduces heat-up times by up to 90%—cutting it from over 2 hours to just 20 minutes in some cases. They are exceptionally strong, capable of withstanding loads of up to 30 tonnes per m², and are completely waterproof, making them ideal for wet rooms and bathrooms.

• Sizes Available: 6mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm.

• Dimensions: Standard board size is 1250mm (L) x 600mm (W), covering 0.75m².

• Thermal Performance: R-values range from 0.11 (6mm) to 1.33 (50mm).
