The Hultafors Quattro 270 Adjustable Square has a blade which can be rotated to 45°, 90° and 135°. It can also be rotated 270° allowing you to use the opposite side of the stock where there is no slit that, for example, thin sheet metal parts can slide into. In addition, there are markings for 22.5°, 67.5° and 75°/15°. If you rotate the blade 270° you get a rounded corner instead so you can work in uneven corners. The stock is made of fully anodized aluminum with a 19mm thick handle. Its high strength stainless steel blade is 45mm wide and 1mm thick. This accommodates work with standard stud dimensions and a center line makes it easy to quickly mark out both sides of a stud. It also has scribing notches spaced 5mm apart, these can be used to draw or cut a line parallel along an edge. Carefully selected materials and manufacturing techniques such as a CNC-milled stock and a blade cut with a precision laser provide high accuracy; angle tolerance ±0.06° (±1 mm/m).
