Substrate Prep: Clean and roughen concrete surface. Remove all deteriorated material, dust, oil, and contaminants.. Mixing: Add 3.5–4.0 litres of clean water per 25kg bag and mix with a mechanical mixer until smooth and lump-free.. Application: Apply with a trowel or float in one layer up to 70mm. Compact well to ensure full adhesion.. Finishing: Smooth the surface as required. Protect from rapid drying and rain during initial curing.. Limitations. Not suitable for pours deeper than 70mm in a single layer — apply in successive layers if needed.. Do not add cement or admixtures.. Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C..
