Curing Time: 24–72 hours, depending on substrate and conditions.. Coverage: Approximately 1.7 kg will fix and grout around 1 m² of tiling, depending on tile size.. Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in original container in cool (5°C - 25°C), dry conditions.. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust and loose material. Porous surfaces, including plaster, should be primed with EVERBUILD® 503 SBR Bond diluted 1:3 with water and allowed to dry.. Application as Adhesive: Apply adhesive to the wall at a depth of 3–6 mm, covering no more than 1 m² at a time. In dry areas, use a notched trowel to comb the adhesive before placing tiles. In wet areas, do not use a notched trowel; instead, bed tiles directly into the adhesive. Press tiles firmly with a slight twist to ensure full contact. Periodically check that at least 75% of the tile is covered with adhesive.. Application as Grout: Apply by squeegee or sponge, working well into joints to ensure no voids remain. Suitable for joint widths up to 6 mm. Allow adhesive to dry for 24–72 hours before grouting, depending on porosity. Allow grout to dry for 7 days before using shower areas or baths.. Cleaning: Remove excess adhesive while still wet using a damp cloth or sponge, especially along grout lines.. Limitations. Not suitable for floor applications.. Not recommended for swimming pools or external use.. When used as a grout, allow to dry for 7 days before using showers or baths.. Cleaning of Tools. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.
