Yoga Blocks are made from reconstituted foam produced using various grades of recycled foam. Their high density ensures that they can offer support for certain yoga postures whilst soft enough to add great comfort to your sessions. The colours of the blocks may vary (this is normal). Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose - supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand).
