This 115mm, 40 grit aluminium oxide flap disc is ideal for rapid material removal and coarse grinding applications where aggressive stock removal is required. The 40g grit rating makes it particularly effective for initial weld preparation, heavy rust removal and shaping work on ferrous metals. Supplied as a single disc, this variant is perfect for occasional users or specific one-off tasks.
