Essential Masonry Sealer - 25L

Essential Masonry Sealer is formulated with resins to seal and protect masonry surfaces, offering excellent water repellence and reducing efflorescence, moss, and algae growth. It provides long-lasting durability and requires minimal upkeep after application. It’s a ready-to-use solution for sealing masonry, blockwork, and brickwork. Each litre covers up to 15m² per coat, depending on surface porosity. Ensure you have personal protective equipment, such as gloves, protective eyewear, an FFP3 mask, and suitable clothing. Test Application : Conduct a short test application in a non-obtrusive area to check surface suitability and effectiveness. Cleaning : Ensure the surface is fully clean and dry before applying the Masonry Sealer. Application : Use a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge to distribute the sealer. Apply one layer liberally to ensure maximum absorption into the surface. Second Coat : Apply a second layer before the first coat dries to ensure thorough coverage. Do not dilute the product. The surface should be dry within 45-60 minutes. Pause treatment if rain is forecasted or begins and cover newly saturated areas. The surface must remain fully dry for the first 6 hours after application. Please Note: Essential Masonry Sealer may slightly enhance the natural colour of the stone surface. Test the product in an inconspicuous area before use. Protect surfaces that will not be sealed with masking tape.
