Everbuild Stixall Extreme Power in Grey offers a neutral, professional finish ideal for concrete, stone and modern building materials. This 290ml cartridge provides a one-part chemically curing, solvent-free sealant and adhesive that combines the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. The grey variant is particularly suited for sealing expansion joints, bonding cladding panels, concrete applications and situations where a subtle, neutral colour is required. It delivers incredible initial grab and non-slip properties with high bonding strength, making it excellent for both interior and exterior use on vertical and horizontal surfaces. This versatile formula adheres to most common surfaces including metals, plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, wood and painted surfaces, and can be applied even to damp substrates. Once cured, it becomes totally waterproof and weatherproof whilst remaining permanently flexible with 20% movement accommodation. The product withstands temperature extremes from -40°C to +150°C and is impregnated with a powerful biocide to prevent mould growth.
