Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss finish is standard, with custom colors available. Designed exclusively for inspection purposes, this panel is not intended for personnel access and lacks fire, acoustic, air pressure, and smoke ratings. Manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick door and frame, installation is straightforward. Ensure a structural opening 5mm larger than the panel size, insert the panel, and tighten the FlipFix device to secure it to the plasterboard. Verify frame squareness, lock the door, and confirm flush alignment. A joint filler and scrim tape are recommended prior to applying the plaster skim coat to prevent cracking.
