Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish - 5L

Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish is a specialist sealant for external natural sandstone that creates a matt finish. Its non-toxic, environmentally friendly formula provides excellent water repellence and stain resistance. The unique composition significantly reduces capillary water absorption without clogging pores or capillaries and helps prevent moss and algae growth. This creates a self-cleaning surface tension that minimises regular maintenance while allowing the surface to "breathe" and transfer moisture vapour. The coverage varies depending on surface porosity, averaging 4-6 square metres per litre. HOW TO APPLY: Preparation : Clear the work surface of any loose debris and ensure you have adequate personal protection, including gloves, protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing. Cleaning : Ensure the surface is entirely dry and clean. Apply the product evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. Application : Apply two coats of Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish 'wet on wet' for complete coverage. DO NOT DILUTE. After 45-60 minutes, the surface should be completely dry. If rain is forecasted or begins, stop treatment immediately and cover the newly impregnated areas. The surface should remain completely dry for the first 6 hours after application. Please Note : Essential Sandstone Sealer Matt Finish could cause a colour change on some surfaces; always test the product in an inconspicuous area before using it. Surfaces not intended to be sealed should be protected with masking tape. Not recommended for use on highly polished, ceramic/glazed, dense, or non-porous surfaces.
