This 8" (200mm) Bahco ERGO™ Handled Flat File with Second (Medium) cut is designed for applications requiring a finer finish than the coarse bastard cut. The 200mm length provides excellent control and reach for most filing tasks, whilst the medium second cut delivers a smoother surface finish on high-alloy tool steels and precision filing work. The medium cut grade makes this file ideal for secondary filing operations where material has already been roughly shaped, or for applications requiring a better surface finish from the outset. Perfect for deburring flat surfaces with reduced roughness, filing sharp corners and shoulders to a smoother standard, and preparing surfaces for final finishing. The parallel edges and surfaces ensure precise results. Equipped with the scientifically developed ERGO™ two-component handle, this file provides maximum comfort and grip during extended use.
