Description
It is common for non-reinforced EPDM membranes to, over time, try and pull back to the centre of the membranes. The RUSS (Reinforced Universal Secure Strip) or base tie-in controls the membrane movement and stops the membrane moving away from the perimeter of the roof. The RUSS can be installed in conjunction with 50mm Seam Fastening Plates (300600) below the EPDM membrane for additional membrane securement. Must be used with ClassicBond EPDM Primer (302060). 152mm wide - the tape can be cut to the desired length and will come in one piece up to 30.5mtr long, after which additional rolls will be cut.
