Size: 1600mm x 1200mm (1.92m²), designed to cover large areas efficiently.

Uses: Ideal for stabilizing gravel on driveways, parking areas, paths, and outdoor spaces with a strong and durable foundation.

Colour: Black or White, blending well with natural gravel and aggregates.

Application:

450tn/m² strength – market-leading strength for heavy-duty use.

High torsion strength, making it suitable for areas with heavy traffic or vehicles.

Capable of handling slopes up to 1 in 5 (20% gradient), ensuring stability even on inclined surfaces.

Equipped with an 80gsm geotextile base for extra support, preventing weed growth and adding durability.

Closed Cell System promotes excellent drainage while stabilizing the gravel and preventing movement.

Cost-Effective Gravel Stabiliser for Domestic Driveways

Its unique design makes it easy to install, as well as being eco-friendly, strong and durable. It arrives in the form of individual sheets of connected hexagon cells with a porous geotextile backing. This means that it not only prevents moving gravel, ruts and puddles, but it can easily withstand heavy loads thanks to its rigid honeycomb construction made from recyclable HDPE. In addition, the durable geotextile layer allows water to drain easily and prevents weed growth.

Using CORE DRIVE also minimises the amount of gravel that you need on your project, consequently improving its cost-effectiveness. CORE DRIVE 40-30 panels are just 30 mm in depth, which allows you to use up to 60% less gravel than traditional gravel driveway systems, whilst preserving a smart appearance.
