Featuring a 20mm wide seamless picture frame (25mm for bespoke sizes) and a metal-faced door, it ensures security with a FlipFix Patented Flush Lock. The panel is powder-coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss as standard, with other colors available upon request. Designed exclusively for inspection purposes, it's fire-rated for integrity up to 600x600mm in both wall and ceiling applications, meeting rigorous testing standards. It lacks acoustic, air pressure, and smoke seals. Manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick door and frame, installation is straightforward. Simply ensure a structural opening 5mm larger than the panel size, insert the panel, tighten the FlipFix device, verify frame squareness, lock the door, and apply Intumescent acrylic mastic for added safety.
