Essential Concrete Sealer - 25L

Essential Concrete Sealer is a professional, solvent-free product designed to seal and protect concrete surfaces. It offers excellent water repellency and stain resistance for both external and internal concrete surfaces. Additionally, it helps reduce efflorescence, moss, and algae growth while allowing the surface material to "breathe" and transfer moisture vapor. This synthetic resin emulsion reduces capillary water absorption on treated surfaces without clogging pores or capillaries. Depending on the porosity of the surface, coverage ranges from 4 to 10 square meters per liter per coat. After application, check the surface to ensure the full effectiveness of the repellent. HOW TO APPLY: Preparation : Remove any loose debris from the work surface before starting, and ensure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves, protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing. Test Application : Perform a small test application in an inconspicuous area according to the instructions to ensure the product's suitability for your surface. Surface Cleaning : Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before application. Application methods include low-pressure sprayers, rollers, natural fiber brushes, and sponges. Application : Apply two coats of Essential Concrete Sealer "wet on wet" to ensure complete coverage. Do not dilute the product. The surface will dry in 45-60 minutes. If rain is forecasted or begins, stop the treatment immediately and cover the freshly treated areas. The surface must remain completely dry for the first 6 hours following application. PLEASE NOTE : Using Essential Concrete Sealer may alter the appearance of some surfaces. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area before using it where appearance is critical.
