Equipped with soft start for smoother start-ups, the 5143R/1 delivers up to 2,700 rpm for fast and smooth cutting. The 5143R/1 is a heavy duty Circular Saw, ideal for working on a site and cutting larger timber up to 100mm. The 5143R/1 is equipped with anti-kickback riving knife, shaft lock, electric brake for increased operator safety and a flat end motor housing for ease of changing the blades. The 5143R/1 is fitted with two parallel gauges to fix the material securely, stepped top guide on the front and rear of the base to make it easier for aligning a mark along the material and a safety cover with a roller to make the material smoother and preventing from scoring the material's surface. The 5143R/1 has a dust extraction facility and efficient chip and saw dust ejection.
