Originally made from wood, skirting boards hid the messy bottom edge of plastered walls, also protecting them from damage from heavy foot traffic and brooms. The Skirting tiles are more decorative than functional, adding an attractive transition from wall to floor surface. Comprising soft colours with a timeless appeal, the Artisan range evolved from the process of refining raw clay, pouring and pressing, moulding and shaping. Every piece is carefully crafted and skilfully finished.

Winchester tiles and mouldings may craze and no guarantee can be given against this happening. Crazed/crackle tiles must be sealed before fixing, then after grouting. Crazed/crackle will continue over time and as it occurs they should be sealed.
