Birtley Standard Duty Steel Cavity Wall Lintel - CB90HD is designed for cavity walls with a cavity width of 90-105mm and a 100mm inner and outer leaf. Manufactured by Birtley, this lintel offers excellent durability and protection with its hot-dip galvanizing process, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to other coatings. The lintel is suitable for standard to medium duty loading conditions and ensures optimal thermal performance. It is insulated with expanded polystyrene, contributing to a BREEAM rating of A+. Key Features : Cavity Width: 90-105mm, suitable for both inner and outer leaves of 100mm. Supergalv Coating: Provides superior life expectancy with up to 50% more zinc protection than other coatings. Post-Fabrication Galvanizing: Ensures all surfaces are protected, reducing the need for paint protection.
