It accommodates cavity widths ranging from 50mm to 85mm and features a shortened outer flange, ensuring that the soffit board can fit snugly against the window frame. It’s important to note that brickwork cannot be placed on the outer flange of the eaves lintel. Instead, masonry is built on the inner leaf only.
