The special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, producing burr-free holes that require no additional finishing. To operate, drill a pilot hole large enough to clear the hexagonal screw, thread the die and screw through the sheet metal, then tighten the die nut to cut cleanly and evenly through the material. Supplied individually boxed without a key. This punch requires a 3/16" hexagonal wrench, which should be ordered separately.
