Colour: Clear / Amber. Coverage: Approx. 4–6 m²/kg depending on substrate porosity. Pot Life: Approx. 30–40 minutes at 20°C. Cure Time: Light traffic after 12–16 hours, full cure in 5–7 days. Packaging: 5kg and 10kg kits. SKU: BCEBS5 / BCEBS10. Application Instructions. Substrate Prep: Remove dust, grease, laitance, and loose material. Substrate can be damp but not wet or pooling.. Mixing: Add Part B (hardener) to Part A (resin) and mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes using a slow-speed drill with paddle attachment.. Application: Apply by brush, roller, or squeegee. Work into the surface to ensure full penetration and even coverage.. Recoating: Apply subsequent epoxy coatings while the surface is still tacky or within recoat window as specified.. Limitations. Do not apply onto standing water or in temperatures below +5°C.. Must be overcoated with compatible resin finishes for floor traffic use..
