Essential Black Tarmac Sealer is formulated with an acrylic resin blend to restore the original colour, strength, flexibility, and weather resistance of tarmac surfaces. This sealer recolours the surface and replenishes missing tarmac resins, often eliminating the need for costly asphalt repairs. It also conceals unattractive cement and oil stains, revitalizing the surface. Easy to use straight from the bottle, Essential Black Tarmac Sealer can cover up to 5m² per liter per coat. A 5L container can cover up to 25m². Do not dilute the product. HOW TO APPLY: Preparation : Remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate personal protection such as gloves, protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing. Surface Cleaning : Ensure the surface is fully clean and has been dried for at least 1 to 2 days. Use a smaller brush or roller to carefully apply Essential Black Tarmac Sealer to the edges and fine lines for a neat finish. For larger surfaces, use a good quality floor roller to apply the sealer generously and evenly. Do not dilute. Allow 45 to 60 minutes for drying. Second Coat : Apply Essential Black Tarmac Sealer in the opposite direction to ensure even colour distribution. Wait 24 hours after application before driving or parking on the surface.
