ECOFLEX underfloor heating cable is a professional loose cable system designed for installers who need greater flexibility than a standard heating mat can provide. It is especially useful in rooms with awkward shapes, tight corners, fitted furniture zones and other layouts where a pre-spaced mat would leave unused floor area.
Because the cable is supplied as a loose wire only option, it can be laid precisely where heat is needed most. This makes ECOFLEX a strong choice for bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and other spaces where room shape or obstacles make flexible cable routing important.
Each cable is supplied on a convenient cardboard drum with minimal packaging, helping reduce waste while giving installers a practical and economical product to work with.
Loose cable systems are ideal when your project needs maximum layout flexibility. Rather than being fixed to a mesh, the heating wire can be spaced and routed to suit the exact room plan. This often makes it easier to heat a greater proportion of the usable floor area.

Loose cable systems should always be installed over a suitable insulated subfloor and used with the correct thermostat and floor sensor. Proper spacing and layout design are important for achieving the intended output and ensuring even heat distribution.
