The Everbuild 5 Minute Polyurethane Wood Adhesive Gel is a fast-setting wood glue designed for professional applications requiring rapid handling times. This transparent gel formula offers exceptional bond strength to wood and most common building surfaces, with D4 strength classification conforming to EN 204 standards for demanding structural applications. The adhesive is suitable for bonding all common wood types including hardwoods, softwoods, exotic timbers and painted surfaces. Beyond timber applications, it bonds effectively to Formica, polystyrene, PU foam, metal and glass wool, various plastics including PVC, stone, concrete, brick and masonry. The polyurethane formula foams slightly on application to fill small gaps whilst increasing overall bond strength, making it particularly effective for less-than-perfect joints. This thixotropic gel sets hard in just 5 minutes, making it ideal for equipment manufacture and production line applications where quick turnaround is essential. The gel consistency prevents running on vertical surfaces and overhead applications.
