Description Ballast Sand is a mixture of stone and sharp sand. It is ideal for use with concrete to create a stronger mix. The workability of the concrete will depend on the amount of sand and water used. This sand when mixed into concrete has many uses including making the foundations of garden walls, conservatories and sheds. It can also create small paths. You have the flexibility to choose between two bag sizes: the trade bag for smaller projects and the bulk bag for larger quantities. Key Features: Can be used to fill voids in construction projects.
