It lacks fire and acoustic ratings and has not been air pressure or smoke tested. Manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick door and frame, installation is straightforward. Ensure a structural opening 5mm larger than the panel size, insert the panel, and tighten the FlipFix device to secure it to the plasterboard. Verify frame squareness, lock the door, and ensure a flush alignment. Before applying the plaster skim coat, it's crucial to apply joint filler and scrim tape to prevent cracking.
