Spax Washer Head Timber Screws Wirox

These new Spax washer head timber screws have an optimised partial thread and have been specially developed for use in timber construction and interior work. Subject to applicable national building regulations, they are particularly suitable for fixing facades, roofs, stairs, main batterns, counter battens and timber construction elements. The large Spax washer head pulls two components together with great force for joints that hold securely and reliably, while the optimised partial thread enables the overall screw length to be reduced. These two features combined mean that smaller screws can be used and less time is needed to drive them in. These screws have T-Star Plus heads which feature an additional centre hole for an extra secure fit and reliable driving performance with a Spax T-Star Plus screwdriver bit.
