Expamet PT225 Powertie Type 4 Housing Wall Ties are 225mm stainless steel cavity wall ties for 75–100mm cavities. They are commonly used in domestic cavity wall construction, extensions and party wall applications where a Type 4 housing tie is specified.

The PT225 is part of Expamet’s Power-Tie wall tie range and is designed for masonry cavity walls requiring a stainless steel Type 4 tie. When to Use PT225 Wall Ties

PT225 wall ties are typically used where the cavity width is between 75mm and 100mm and the specification calls for a Type 4 housing tie. They are a common choice for domestic masonry cavity walls and extensions, subject to the project design and site conditions.
